Terms for using the Video Kiosk Android app and this website.

These terms govern your use of Video Kiosk (package com.koisk.videokiosk) and this website, offered by Recent Activity. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must also follow any applicable Google Play terms.
Video Kiosk lets you create playlists and loop locally stored videos and images on compatible Android phones, tablets, and Android TV devices. You may use the app for personal or business displays, subject to applicable law and these terms. You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to display unlawful material.
You retain your rights in the videos, images, and other material you select. You are responsible for obtaining any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, music, or other permissions needed to store and display that material, especially in public or commercial spaces. You are responsible for the content shown on your device and for complying with local advertising and display rules.
We do not review or control media stored on your device as part of the app's core offline playback feature.
The app may show ads and may offer premium features such as ad removal, more media or playlists, and kiosk mode enhancements. The features and price shown in the app at checkout control the purchase. Google Play processes in-app purchases; its payment and refund terms apply. If you have a billing or refund issue, use Google Play's purchase support or contact us with the order details, excluding full payment card information.
Availability of premium features can depend on the app version, device, and purchase status. We may change available features, with any required notice under applicable law.
You are responsible for configuring your device, securing it physically, keeping it powered, and testing your playlist before relying on it for an unattended display. Kiosk mode helps reduce accidental exits but is not a device security system. Playback can be interrupted by device settings, operating system updates, power loss, file changes, hardware limits, or other causes outside our control.
Some video formats or files may not play on every device. Android 7.0 or later is listed as the minimum requirement; compatibility can vary by device.
We aim to provide reliable playback, but we do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous 24/7 operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app and website are provided without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Recent Activity is not responsible for indirect losses arising from interrupted displays, lost sales, or lost data. This section does not limit liability where the law does not permit a limit.
The Video Kiosk app, website design, and branding remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership of the app to you. We may update the app, website, or these terms. If we change the terms, we will post the revised version and date here. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
